Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is an effective tool for relaxation. It is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissues to ease muscle tension and support overall wellness. Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that involves different techniques, pressures, and movements to release body stress or pain. Registered Massage Therapists (RMT’S) are licensed healthcare professionals educated to assess, treat, and manage many health conditions. Massage therapy can address some of, but not limited to the following:

  • Sprains, Strains, Tendon/ligament/muscle tears

  • Overuse injuries

  • Posture related dysfunction

  • Vertebral Disc herniations

  • Compartment syndrome

  • Myofascial Pain syndrome

  • Neck pain

  • Low back pain

  • Shoulder impingement

  • Sports injuries

All our Massage Therapists are Registered and in good standing with the B.C. College of Massage Therapists. All practitioners must also complete continuing education courses regularly.
